Thank you for a great feast :) felt good to be able to help.
Basically, the last lecture is on december 16th, but then there are re-examination periods and regular examination period and such up until the 16th of January. This period is special I guess. You can see the exact dates here if you click "Academic year 15/16":
http://www.ltu.se/edu/studentwebben/studyplanning/Schema/Terminstider-samt-lasarsindelning-1.63337?l=en (the document is in swedish though)
Some people will be able to have a long holiday and some people will have to study a lot.
I will stay in Luleå during Christmas but I do work at a store a bit during the days :)
I think it sounds like a great idea :) i would definitely come to the party!
Greetings!
First of all a huge thank you to the students Sara, Oskar, Oscar, Fanny and to Gunnar and Anna for all of your help at Norrskensfest, it was a much better event for your assistance.
Second, what is the uni schedule with respect to winter holidays? How early do class end in December? Are there any more exam periods this year?
Part of the reason I ask is that I noticed that my birthday falls on a Thursday this year. If I wanted to have a birthday party at the Frostheim meeting on 10 December would any of you students be in town and interested in attending?
If so, would you have any interest in my inviting the Nyckelharpa group and making it also an SCA dance night?
Cheers,
--Riia
